Real Estate Auction Terms and Conditions

ARTISAN ACREAGE AUCTION INFORMATION 


Terms of Sale: 

  • Contract: A contingency-free contract is required. 
  • Down Payment: A 10% non-refundable down payment is due by 4:30 PM EST the following day. 
  • Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due within 30 days. 


Buyer Agent Commission: 

  • Responsibility: To be paid by the purchaser.
